2. What this site is
The Evervale Journal is an informational publication. It has no user accounts and no forms. We do not ask you to submit personal data.
3. Data we process
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, normally kept in server logs by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
- Correspondence: if you email us, we keep your message and address to reply, and delete them when no longer needed.
- Analytics: if analytics tools are added in future, they will only run after you accept optional cookies, and this policy will be updated.
4. Cookies and local storage
The site stores one item in your browser to remember your cookie choice. Optional cookies, if any are introduced, stay off unless you choose “Accept all”. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to info@evervale.org. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
